本赛季已经不记得有多少场看见火箭在第四节翻船，是姚明的体力问题？是麦蒂的状态问题？但我认为最大的问题是范甘迪的应变能力太差，同样的错误一犯再犯，而且还有继续犯下去的趋势。姚明体力不好，他就不能合理安排姚明的上场时间吗？麦蒂状态不好，那其他球员又在干什么？没有麦蒂就不会打球了吗？每次到第四节只能眼睁睁地看着十几分的领先优势被吞噬而找不到任何解决的办法，主教练无疑应该承担最大的责任。范秃该走人了！

以前那个无所不能的麦蒂本赛季似乎不见了，前几个赛季，每次在火箭队陷入困境的时候，总是麦蒂在关键时刻站出来拯救火箭，我不知道有多少次为麦蒂投进关键球而激动不已，而本赛季到了魔鬼第四节那个无所不能的麦蒂同样找不到任何办法。麦蒂本赛季对球队的贡献更多地以助攻的形式表现出来，但是很明显火箭更需要的是他的得分能力，关键时刻的得分能力。

这里不得不提到麦蒂的性格，麦蒂的个人能力并不逊色于科比，但是和科比相比，他打球的时候缺乏激情，缺乏必胜的信心，某些时候甚至表现得输赢无所谓，我认为他的这种过分内敛而又无所谓的个性将成为他职业生涯上取得成功最大的障碍。而就在前几天他居然对记者说自己可能在3年后退役，说什么虽然我现在只有28岁，但是我感觉自己已经老了，说什么我现在已经失去了对篮球的激情，天哪，火箭还指望他帮助球队拿总冠军呢，就这样的心理状态能拿总冠军？看看人家乔丹吧，什么荣誉都得过了，但是因为对篮球的热爱，38岁又复出一次，而麦蒂呢，至今还什么也没得到，竟然就想到退役，如果保持这样的状态，他注定将无所作为。

Passion Clues:
1. You would do the work even if you did not get paid for it.
2. You are focused on mastering your work, not on the outcome.
3. You are transformed into a better person as you do the work.
4. You are not aware that time is going by.
5. You are paid to be who you are.

Five Off Track Signals that let you know when you are off the passion track:
1. Making money is your priority.
2. You are concerned about how you look in the eyes of others.
3. You are focused on the end result, not the process.
4. You take shortcuts to achieve your objectives.
5. You sacrifice your needs for others’ needs even when it is destructive to your emotional and physical health.

Unfortunatly,I don’t fit the passion clues above but absolutely correspond with the five off track signals below,and what’s worse,I find It’s difficult for me to work hard without passion.

Curt Rosengren who is a career expert in Seattle helps people identify their passions and create careers that ignite them. He defines passion like this:

Passion is the energy that comes from bringing more of YOU into what you do.
It’s doing something that is in alignment with who you are. It’s doing what comes naturally to you, not what you ‘should’ do.It’s like allowing water to gain energy from flowing along its natural riverbed, rather than trying to force it up and over a mountain.

That sounds very attractive and I really like his definition of passion.
